QUICKmed is a locally owned and operated network of urgent cares, primary cares, and specialty clinics throughout Northeast Ohio. Staffed with licensed and certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, we specialize in providing quick medical care for urgent needs. We are open seven days a week, often with no waiting time, and we accept most insurances. Our services include treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, physicals, immunizations, lab work, and X-Ray testing for patients of all ages.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Xray Technician located in Cleveland, OH, with some work from home being acceptable. The Xray Technician will be responsible for operating X-Ray equipment, ensuring radiation safety protocols, preparing patients for radiologic procedures, and assisting with radiologic technology and radiology tasks as needed. The technician will also collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and patient care.
- Radiologic Technology and Radiology skills
- Radiation Safety knowledge and practices
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
