Responsibilities:
Execute grill station with consistency and precision
Properly cook steaks, proteins, and other grill items to spec
Maintain strong ticket awareness and timing during service
Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the grill station
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Previous grill experience required (steakhouse or high-volume preferred)
Strong understanding of temperatures, doneness, and resting
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
