About the Role:
Bussers at DiamondBacks play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, efficiency, and elegance of our dining room. Working closely with the servers and hosts, the Busser ensures that each table is perfectly set, cleared promptly, and reset with precision to uphold the standards of fine dining service.
Responsibilities:
- Clear tables efficiently and quietly without interrupting the guest experience
- Reset tables with attention to detail and speed
- Refill water glasses, serve bread and other complimentary items as needed
- Assist servers in delivering food and removing finished plates
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, server stations, and restrooms
- Help ensure prompt and polished service throughout each shift
- Support the overall rhythm and flow of service with teamwork and awareness
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a busser or in food service preferred
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
