What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Specialist position at Quicken Loans?
The Client Care Specialist is responsible for all communication with clients after a loan has been conditionally approved. The primary function of the Client Care Specialist is to ensure clients are well informed of any outstanding items needed to move a loan to closing. They’ll work with both external and internal clients and build relationships to ensure a smooth process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with all clients using email, telephone and fax
- Quickly and efficiently obtain all client conditions required throughout the loan process
- Assess and understand underwriting conditions in order to communicate them to clients
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, underwriters and mortgage bankers
- Maintain high energy and work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Mortgage industry preferred
- Computer and software literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to new technology
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
