Responsibilities

• Be the spark! Greet every customer with a smile, serve up fast, friendly service, and help make every visit awesome.
• Jump in everywhere! Learn and rotate through deli, café, bakery, and cashier roles—no two days are the same, and you’ll always be keeping things moving.
• Keep it fresh! Prep food, restock items, and follow simple safety and quality standards so everything looks, smells, and tastes great.
• Rock the space! Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting—inside and out—so everyone can enjoy a safe, fun environment.
• Team up and shine! Support your coworkers, help train new teammates, share ideas, stay in the loop on updates, and celebrate wins together while hitting shift goals.

Qualifications

• Positive, high-energy attitude with a genuine customer-first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new skills; prior cashier or food & beverage experience a plus.

Compensation Disclosure Statement

Pay is from $16.00- $16.50 / hour QuickChek & Murphy USA take into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, education, as well as business and organizational needs. The listed range is specific to the base hourly rate or annual salary and does not include additional benefits, perks, or bonus eligibility (when applicable) comprising the total benefits package.
