Description
General Description:
A team member able to work independently or in a group, follow direct instructions to complete a variety of warehouse tasks. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Correctly pack orders per client specifications.
- Correctly kit products based on client specifications.
- Identify damaged product that does not meet QuickBox’s quality standards.
- Follow written or verbal instructions to complete task assigned.
- Sustain good verbal and written English language skills.
- Follow safety guidelines.
- Work independently or as a team player.
- May sweep, dust, or mop the warehouse area.
- Always Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
Job Qualifications Mandatory:
- High level of personal integrity.
- Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Arrives on time to work scheduled hours and complete assigned tasks.
- Availability to work overtime if required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of packing
- High level of productivity
- Follow guidelines as instructed
Work Environment:
- This is a Denver based position operating out of a Warehouse environment
- Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows;
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Work environment is indoors.
- Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.
Physical Demands:
- Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
- Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
- Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
- Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
- Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs.
- Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
