What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Demand Generation Manager position at Quickbase?
Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Fastfield)
At Quickbase, we build software solutions for teams who run business operations — operations managers, project coordinators, safety supervisors, and field teams who keep work moving. Nearly 12,000 organizations run their operations on our platforms.
FastField is our mobile forms and field operations solution. It's built for the teams that can't afford to lose data in the field — the safety inspectors, facilities managers, fleet supervisors, and field service crews who need forms that work online & offline, workflows that route automatically, AI-assisted field data capture and reporting. Customers use FastField for everything from site and vehicle inspections to health and safety compliance, work order management, and incident reporting. It's a product with a wide surface area, bought by people who are responsible for running the business.
Position Overview
We're hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for FastField. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to go deep on one product, its buyers, its market, its funnel and build the engine that moves people from first awareness through trial and into closed-won revenue.
This role coordinates the full funnel for FastField: paid, organic, content, email and nurture, events, webinars, and web. You'll also be FastField's primary marketing partner to Product, Sales & Product Marketing. You own launch execution, and you translate what's being built into demand.
Full-funnel ownership matters because product expertise compounds. A single owner who lives in FastField daily builds genuine command of its buyers, use cases, and competitive alternatives. When the funnel underperforms, you'll have the end-to-end visibility to find and fix the leak quickly and optimize the entire journey rather than one stage of it.
You should be someone who gets uncomfortable relying on inherited positioning. You'll want to talk to customers, read competitor reviews on G2, and form your own point of view on what a safety manager at a mid-size construction firm actually needs to hear before they start a trial.
Responsibilities
At Quickbase, we view AI as a tool to accelerate how work gets done — not replace it. We encourage thoughtful use of AI to improve speed, quality, and decision-making, while maintaining strong judgment, accountability, and data integrity.
Pay Range
$90,499.50 - $142,213.50
Compensation & Benefits
At Quickbase, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to equitable pay practices.
Incentive Compensation
This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
Benefits
Full-time roles are eligible for our comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental and vision coverage. You may also contribute to our 401(k) plan that includes a company match.
Equal Opportunity Statement
Quickbase is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply – even if you don’t meet every qualification listed. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities
- Product & Market Expertise — Become the demand team's expert on FastField's market. Know the buyers — operations managers, EHS leads, field supervisors, facilities teams — well enough to write the messaging brief yourself, identify the highest-value segments to target, and spot competitive threats before they show up in win/loss data.
- Demand Ownership — Own FastField's demand number — trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, and pipeline sourced — and report on funnel performance with enough fluency to explain what's working, what isn't.
- Trial Funnel — Own the messaging and experience from first click through trial activation, working with Product on in-app touchpoints and with the Ops team on onboarding sequence touchpoints that move trial users through the funnel.
- Always-On Campaigns — Own FastField's evergreen programs that run across all owned channels and keep the funnel moving between launches and peak moments.
- Product Launches — Partner with Product and PMM to set the demand brief for every release, run go-to-market execution across all owned and external channels, and make sure launches generate pipeline, not just announcements.
- Product & PMM Partnership — Serve as FastField's standing marketing counterpart to Product and PMM. Show up to roadmap reviews, bring the market perspective into prioritization conversations, and flag the demand implications of what's being built before it ships.
- External Acquisition & Sponsorships — Build and manage external audience-acquisition programs — sponsored placements in industry newsletters, third-party events and sponsorships, content syndication, and media partnerships. Own the ROI reporting for external programs and partner with Sales and SDRs on lead routing and follow-up.
- Influencer & Expert Activation — Identify, recruit, and manage industry experts and influencers relevant to FastField's buyer — field operations leaders, EHS professionals, facilities and fleet managers — and produce influencer- and expert-led webinars and collaborations that build credibility and generate demand.
- Paid Media — Coordinate FastField media investments with the Paid Media team, drive the monthly creative and messaging refresh cycle, and identify new opportunities for spend efficiency and pipeline contribution.
- Webinars & Office Hours — Own FastField's webinar and office hours programs end to end — from topic selection and promotion through execution and post-event follow-up and conversion sequences.
- 6 years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with at least some of that time owning multiple channels simultaneously rather than one function in isolation.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple channels including paid, organic, email, and web programs — you don't need to be a specialist in all of them, but you need to be competent enough to direct and optimize across the mix.
- Strong product instincts. You can read a roadmap and translate it into demand implications. You know what messaging resonates at the top of funnel versus in a nurture sequence. You ask about buyers before you ask about budgets.
- Funnel fluency and analytical habit — you understand what's driving pipeline and what isn't, and you make decisions from data rather than from activity.
- Experience working closely with Product or PMM teams, not just receiving briefs from them.
- A track record of owning trial or freemium funnels, or other high-volume self-serve conversion motions.
- Familiarity with field operations, EHS, construction, facilities, or frontline workforce software — the industries FastField serves most.
- Experience with G2 and review-site-driven demand programs.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content, or campaign work.
