Essential Duties
- Lead sales
- identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer network using CRM tools.
- Communicate with customers about project requirements, manufacturing methods, and component specifications.
- Review 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to understand customer needs and facilitate accurate project proposals.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams (Japan Headquarters and other locations including local resources) to discuss and clarify customer projects.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities with group production locations to establish first orders, including molds and tooling.
- Utilize basic metrology instruments to gain insights into customer component quality, including understanding GD&T.
- Support in-house prototyping processes, including Investment Casting and Metal Injection Molding (MIM), to validate and optimize customer projects.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business tools.
- Japanese/English bilingual ability is a plus (if applicable).
Salary, Benefit
65K-90K (On-Target Earnings 75K - 100K)
- Company pays 100% of personal insurance (health, vision, dental), also for family members, is about 70%.
- 401 matching 3 %.

Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, and a total of 121 days (actual results for FY2024)
