Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for senior, technical, executive, and campus roles across various sectors.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, social media management tools, ATS systems such as Lever or iCIMS, and HRIS platforms including Workday or UltiPro.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the candidate experience to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Negotiate employment contracts, offer terms, and facilitate onboarding processes aligned with employment & labor law compliance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide talent management insights, and support succession planning initiatives.
- Utilize research techniques and lead generation methods to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines proactively.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS systems like Taleo or PeopleSoft while managing internal recruiting workflows efficiently.
- Engage in cold calling outreach efforts to expand candidate pools and foster strong relationship management with prospective hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media management and community engagement to attract diverse talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting roles with a focus on technical recruiting, executive search, or campus recruitment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or ADP is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across different jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and social media outreach.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies such as succession planning, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of sales principles applied within recruiting contexts for lead generation and relationship building.
