Marketing Coordinator
We are a local trucking and logistics company with a part-time opening for a marketing coordinator to join our team.
We're looking for someone with a solid ability to organize and support multiple initiatives. Essential skills include basic digital marketing experience and knowledge of WordPress and social media strategy. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Write for a variety of media, including marketing collateral
· Maintain and manage website content
· Update the firm's client databases
· Generate social media content and support regular e-blasts
· Help with public relations initiatives and execute Quick Transports’ employee appreciation program
· Assist with the planning and logistics of photography shoots
· Manage and inventory the marketing team's supplies
· Help us plan for and attend various events
Abilities
· Work autonomously and with a team
· Communicate effectively with office team and other departments
· Competent writing and proofreading skills
· Team-player mindset to help others as needed
· Manage several tasks and deadlines, some with quick turnarounds
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and design programs like Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience with WordPress a plus
· Demonstrate strong writing and proofreading skills
Expectations
· In office position
· Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible hours within standard business hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
