As our Brand Ambassador, you are the boots on the ground. Your job is to make sure our current clients love us, find out what else we can do for them, and make sure Quick Transport is the first name people think of in the local community. You will work directly with the Owner and VP of Operations to turn your daily conversations into real business strategy.Key Responsibilities
- The Face of the Company: You will be on the road visiting our current customers. We don't want to just be an email address to them; we want to be a partner. You’ll check in, smooth over issues, and keep the relationship strong.
- Questioning to Understand: It’s not just about saying "hi". You need to ask the right questions to understand our clients' businesses well enough to spot gaps where we can help. Your goal is to use this deep understanding to earn more of their business naturally.
- Community Presence: You’ll represent us at Chamber of Commerce meetings, Fox Valley Tech events, and other local networking opportunities. You need to be comfortable walking into a room of strangers and walking out with connections.
- Market Intelligence: You will be the "eyes and ears" on the road, hearing things we can't see from the office. You’ll bring feedback (good and bad) back to the team so we can adapt.
Expectations & Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Success is in the details. You must be thorough in your notes, precise in your follow-ups, and attentive to the specific requirements of each client to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites and local events daily.
- CRM Discipline: "If it isn't written down, it didn't happen". You must log your visits, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM daily so the whole team stays on the same page.
- Strategic Planning: You will have a standing weekly meetings with leadership to review what you learned on the road and decide how we act on it. You are expected to bring prepared updates and strategic suggestions.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
