Quick Track 81 is hiring a Cashier/Manager for the morning shift at our gas station and convenience store in Midland, TX.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ring up sales at the register, including fuel, snacks, drinks, and other convenience items
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts
Check ID for age-restricted items such as tobacco, vape, and alcohol
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, and keep the store clean and organized
Help oversee morning operations, including opening procedures and supervising other staff on shift
Assist with scheduling and training as needed
Handle customer concerns and make sure customers have a good experience
Requirements:
Prior cashier, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
Basic math skills and comfort using a POS system
Reliable and able to work mornings consistently
Comfortable checking ID and following age-restriction policies
Pay is based on experience
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
