Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficient in using POS systems for processing transactions.

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, showcasing an understanding of upselling techniques.
