Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Price Book Manager / Marketing Manager to oversee pricing strategies, product merchandising, and inventory management within our retail environment. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus, as is experience with data collection and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Duties
- Develop, maintain, and update the price book to ensure accurate and competitive pricing across all products.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance.
- Utilize planograms to optimize product placement and visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Manage inventory control processes including stock levels, inventory management systems, and stock replenishment schedules.
- Support retail sales efforts by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting with product recommendations.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure proper stocking, signage, and presentation of products in-store.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by analyzing sales data to identify promotional opportunities and support advertising campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and administrative tasks related to pricing and inventory management.
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall store operations, customer experience, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, data entry, pricing management, or a related administrative or analytical role
- Minimum of 1-2 years of convenience store environment experience
- Proven experience in retail management, merchandising, or marketing roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, inventory management systems, and basic math skills for retail math calculations.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Knowledge of planograms, inventory control procedures, pricing strategies, and stock management techniques.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to support retail sales initiatives effectively.
- Experience in administrative tasks such as filing, cash handling, cashiering, and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in marketing or promotional planning is a plus but not required. Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
