What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imagery System Support/FMV position at Quick Services LLC (QSL)?
CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI
Job Description
Shall maintain the Government’s special access program (SAP) network capabilities in accordance with the Joint Special Access Program ImplementationGuide (JSIG) to ensure continuous, secure, and reliable mission operations. This support shall include managing and documenting hardware and baseline configurations; installing, configuring, and sustaining networked systems and components; applying software patches, updates, and version upgrades in accordance with Government direction, the JSIG, and applicable cybersecurity policy; and monitoring system health, performance, and availability to identify and resolve issues. The contractor shall provide information system security services in support of authorization and accreditation activities, including implementing and validating security controls, supporting vulnerability management and compliance actions, maintaining required security documentation and artifacts, and assisting with continuous monitoring and reporting requirements. The contractor shall coordinate changes through established configuration management and change control processes, assess operational impacts, plan and execute implementation/rollback actions, and document all changes to support continuity of operations. Shall provide operationally responsive support for normal operations, crises, and exercises, including surge support as directed, rapid troubleshooting and restoration of service, and coordination
with Government stakeholders and external service providers, as applicable.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience
in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Data Science,
Software Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine
Learning, Analysis, Policy or Planning field, or equivalent
experience/responsibility.
