McDonald's Experienced Multi-Unit/Area Supervisor

Job description

Regional McDonald's franchisee is seeking an Area Supervisor with 3 years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience with McDonald's, to oversee restaurant operations of 2-4 high volume QSR restaurants.

The ideal candidate will be people and customer focused. They will work with a sense of urgency to serve the customer’s and their people’s needs. Must be able to multi-task, and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Area Supervisor is responsible for:

• Overall operations of 2-4 high volume QSRs
• Coaching and Teaching General Managers how to staff their restaurants.
• The P&L performance of each store.
• ·Learning and being able to teach the Company’s Brand Standards
• Teaching Sense of Urgency, and the importance of Speed of Service
• Creating and managing budgets
• All food safety procedures, in accordance with company procedures and health regulations, and understands how to take corrective actions as appropriate
• Being highly visible in their stores and understands how to prioritize and schedule their time depending on each store’s needs.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching GMs, Management and their staff as needed.
• Coaching and assisting General Managers regarding the cleanliness and organization of their stores.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years Area Supervisor/MUM Manager experience with McDonald's.
• Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program.
• Valid DL in good standing
• Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
• Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
