Overview Bring joy to celebrations by crafting beautiful, delicious ice cream cakes. As a Baskin-Robbins Cake Decorator, you’ll combine creativity with consistency to design, assemble, and decorate cakes that meet brand standards and delight our guests.

- Receive and process cake orders from online, phone, and in-person channels; confirm design details, inscriptions, sizes, and pickup times.
Qualifications
- 1 year of cake decorating experience preferred (piping, writing, basic fondant/decopac work); portfolio or samples a plus.
- Strong artistic sense with attention to detail, color, spacing, and clean finishes.
- Knowledge of basic baking/pastry and icing handling; comfortable working with frozen products.
- Excellent time management and organization; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear, friendly communication and customer service skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move products and supplies as required.

- Create visually appealing displays and keep the cake case fully stocked with required core designs and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory of cakes, icings, decopacs, decorations, and packaging; rotate stock and document shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation; follow all sanitation, food safety, and allergen-handling procedures.
- Meet production timelines and order deadlines; prioritize multiple orders during peak periods.
- Communicate professionally with guests to clarify design requests and resolve concerns.
- Support the front-of-house team as needed (e.g., guest service, scooping, order taking) during busy periods.
- Review training updates and new product videos; adopt new designs and standards promptly.
- Complete end-of-shift cleaning, equipment washing, and proper storage of products and tools.
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
