Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience looking to grow with a reputable and dynamic company in the HVAC/R and commercial kitchen equipment industry
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments of HVAC/R and kitchen equipment parts and tools
- Pick and pack parts and materials for service technicians
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control
- Coordinate with purchasing and service teams for timely delivery of materials
- Load and unload company vehicles
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- 5 years of warehouse or inventory experience (HVAC or service industry a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/R or kitchen equipment parts (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Team player with a strong work ethic
