About the Role
We are hiring a reliable and detail‑oriented Fleet & Inventory Specialist to support our vehicle fleet and inventory operations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, fleet coordination, maintenance tracking, or purchasing. You’ll play a vital role in keeping vehicles operational, parts inventory accurate, and records up to date.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and manage parts and equipment inventory for company vehicles and tools
- Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate tracking and documentation
- Assist with fleet vehicle transfers, assignments, and internal records
- Support vehicle maintenance and repair scheduling to minimize downtime
- Track inventory usage, reorder points, and discrepancies
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and inventory databases
- Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory availability and vehicle status
- Organize inventory storage areas and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or fleet support preferred
- Understanding of inventory control principles and data accuracy best practices
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts or supplies, as required
