Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee field operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure that all HVAC/R projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Prepare and review paperwork, orders, schedules, and reports to track project progress and technical performances.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.
• Manager inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, and address concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC/R systems, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Universal EPA certification is required.
