Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mitigation Specialist based in Denver, CO. The Mitigation Specialist will be responsible for assessing and addressing water, mold, and fire damage. Daily tasks include carrying out hazard mitigation and emergency management duties, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with IICRC standards. The role requires effective communication and analytical skills to ensure a high level of service for clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mitigation and Hazard Mitigation practices
- Proven Analytical Skills for damage assessment and problem-solving
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Emergency Management and handling time-sensitive situations
- Familiarity with IICRC standards is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus
