Service Coordinator / Manager
Location: On-site | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Division: US Protective – Retail Division
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Service Coordinator / Manager to join our US Protective retail division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with minimal supervision, takes initiative, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient field operations and drive successful outcomes that consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy
· Coordinate and schedule service and installation appointments
· Manage the full lifecycle of service jobs, from initiation through completion
· Utilize vendor software to support customer needs efficiently
· Promote and enforce departmental standards to minimize return service visits
· Accurately assess client needs and connect them with appropriate services and resources
· Maintain detailed, organized records of client interactions, service details, and needs
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries
· Address and resolve complaints or service issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
· Support basic IT functions as needed
· Foster effective communication with both clients and internal team members
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in service coordination, customer support, or a related managerial role
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Experience with vendor or service software platforms preferred
· Basic IT knowledge is a plus
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
