What You'll Do as a Quick Lane Manager

• · Lead daily operations of the Quick Lane, including scheduling, workflow, and floor presence
• · Coach and develop a team of service advisors and technicians
• · Drive sales performance and CSI scores in partnership with dealership leadership
• · Build customer trust by clearly communicating service needs and vehicle maintenance value
• · Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and speed
• · Generate estimates, oversee repair follow-up, and ensure zero-fall-through on open ROs

What We're Looking For in a Quick Lane Manager

• · Proven management experience in a quick lube or high-volume service environment (required)
• · Strong track record of hitting sales and satisfaction targets
• · Natural leadership presence — you raise the room, not just manage it
• · Dealership service department background is a significant plus
• · Clean background; drug-free workplace
