Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restoration Estimator to join our Recon team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for reviewing job documentation and creating an accurate and complete bill for reconstruction services needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit estimates to insurance companies for reconstruction services needed.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing information and documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of all billing activities and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist with other billing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Required to provide at home workstation, computer, internet access (Some in office time may be required)
- Previous experience in billing/Estimating reconstruction, preferably in the water damage restoration industry.
- Familiarity with insurance billing processes and requirements.
- Experience with Xactimate (preferred)
- Experience with Albi (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using billing software and Gmail Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in billing or accounting is a plus.
