We are a self-storage facility located in Englewood, FL (1985 Wyoming Ave) seeking a dependable part-time On-Site Coordinator to serve as the face of our facility and help keep our property in great shape. This role is ideal for a retired tradesperson or handyperson who lives nearby and wants roughly 10 hours of easy, independent work per week — no stress, no rush, just steady and satisfying work on your own schedule.
As our On-Site Coordinator, you are more than a maintenance person — you are the first point of contact for our customers, the face of our facility, and the eyes and ears on the ground. You will greet and assist customers when on-site, conduct weekly property audits, and interface with customers as needed, all while handling the day-to-day maintenance needs that keep the property running smoothly.
Hours & Pay:
Approximately 10 hours per week (roughly 2–3 hours per day)
$20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
Serve as the face of the facility — greet customers on-site, answer questions, and provide a welcoming presence
Conduct weekly audits of the property to ensure everything is in good order
Interface with customers as needed, addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate resources
Inspect vacated units to confirm they are empty, sweep them out, and secure with a lock and zip tie
Walk the property regularly to check for trash or anything that needs attention
Apply overlocks to delinquent units per property policy
Perform light repairs as needed: fixing dents on buildings, replacing or repairing door springs, replacing metal siding panels, and patching minor roof leaks
What We're Looking For:
Lives close to the Englewood, FL area (proximity to the property is important)
Friendly, professional demeanor — comfortable interacting with customers and representing the facility
Handy and comfortable with basic maintenance and repair tasks
Owns a basic set of hand tools
Access to a trailer is a plus for moving materials
Self-motivated and reliable — you'll be working independently
Prior experience in self-storage, property maintenance, customer service, or a related trade is preferred but not required
