Role Overview

We are hiring one Demo Manager in Dallas to own and elevate our in-store demonstration and tasting program across the market. This is a dynamic, consumer-facing role that puts you at the center of the Qui brand experience. You will be the face of Qui at retail locations, events, and activations throughout the Dallas area, responsible for driving trial, building brand love, and delivering results that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute in-store tastings and consumer-facing demo events at retail accounts across Dallas. Recruit, train, and manage a roster of brand ambassadors, ensuring every activation is executed to Qui's premium standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and distributor reps. Track and report on demo performance metrics, consumer feedback, and sales impact. Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to align activations with key brand initiatives and promotional calendars. Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations related to alcohol sampling and events.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older. Proven experience in field marketing, brand activation, demo management, or a related role — spirits or beverage alcohol experience is a strong plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a part-time ambassador team. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple activations and priorities simultaneously. Weekend availability is required, as demos and events frequently take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Passion for premium spirits and an enthusiasm for the Qui brand.

Compensation and Location

This is a full-time, Dallas-based role with a competitive base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure. This position is available immediately — we are looking for the right person to hit the ground running as soon as possible.
