This role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable and secure AI model development solutions on AWS. Responsibilities include model selection and fine-tuning, Generative AI application development, performance optimization, and collaboration with customer stakeholders to address operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure model development solutions on AWS tailored to customer requirements.
- Select and fine-tune appropriate models for specific use cases.
- Develop and deploy models and Generative AI applications to address operational challenges.
- Conduct experiments and optimize model performance at scale.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify high-value model development use cases and gather requirements.
- Propose effective strategies for implementing model development solutions.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience with AI model development analysis tools, techniques, and parameters affecting model performance.
- Two (2) or more years of Generative AI model development experience.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks to assess Generative AI model performance.
- Experience applying quantitative analysis to solve business problems.
- Experience working on multi-team, cross-disciplinary projects.
