Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Member - Sr. Oracle Database Administrator / Engineer. (Evening & Weekends) as required
Supporting high viability mission environment.
Work Location: Oracle SCIF located at NBP 306, or contractor facility in Columbia, Maryland. One day per week at Customer location at FANX 3.
Duty hours are TBD based on needs
Required Experience:
- 10 years’ experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Oracle’s database. Extensive experience with database design and modeling; as well as, the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
- Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery.
- Experience with DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration.
- BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent years’ experience.
- Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills.
- Security CE required.
Desired Experience:
Currently holds or recently held SYS3 PRIVAC level.
