Electrical Supervisor - $40-$45/hr - Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
This position will oversee and manage a field crew of 75-100 electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Requirements:
- 10 years of commercial electrical experience
- Previous experience supervising electricians on large-scale projects
- Experience managing crews of 50 electricians preferred
- Active TDLR license required
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and manpower management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
- Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field productivity
- Coordinate with project management, general contractors, and other trades
- Maintain quality control and ensure project milestones are met
Compensation:
- $40-$45/hr DOE
- Overtime available
