As Global Account Manager, you will own and grow a strategically critical hyperscaler/colocation account—shaping long-term strategy, deepening executive relationships, and driving measurable business outcomes.
This is a leadership role where you influence at the highest levels, mobilize global teams, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to one of the industry’s most important customers.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute a long-term, customer-centric global account strategy
- Lead executive engagements, annual planning, and strategic business reviews
- Translate customer insights into actions that drive growth and strengthen partnerships
- Build and convert a strong pipeline focused on high-value, solution-led opportunities
- Shift conversations from products to integrated, forward-looking solutions
- Develop trusted relationships with senior global stakeholders and influence key decisions
- Lead and align cross-functional global teams to deliver fast, seamless execution
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and lead high-impact negotiations
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, competitive awareness, and best-practice sharing
What You Bring
- 10–15 years in strategic account management or complex solution selling
- Experience within datacenters, hyperscalers, colocation, or critical infrastructure
- Proven success driving growth, upsell, and expansion in global key accounts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivering results in complex, multi-regional environments
- Experience leading cross-functional, global teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and digital sales tool proficiency
Salary : $290,000 - $375,000
