Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Farm Automation Intern, located in Hardy County, WV, with some flexibility to work remotely. The intern will assist in developing, testing, and troubleshooting farm automation systems, including hardware and software components. Responsibilities will include designing, testing implementations, supporting quality assurance processes, documenting workflows, and contributing to innovative automation solutions for farming operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Process Automation and Automation technologies, with a focus on practical applications in agriculture.
  • Strong knowledge in Troubleshooting and debugging processes to identify and resolve technical issues in automation systems.
  • Experience in designing and executing Test Cases to ensure reliability and functionality of automated systems.
  • Skills in Quality Assurance to review and uphold high standards for automation solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with agricultural machinery and technologies is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Automation, Engineering, Agriculture Technology, or a related field.
