- Proven B2B sales or business development success
- Strong existing relationships within the insurance and risk community strongly preferred
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial sales mindset
- Ability to travel throughout the region as needed
- College degree preferred but not required
- Based in a major Northeast metropolitan area strongly preferred
