This role will be responsible for handling renter’s insurance claims for apartment tenants, as well as managing first-party property claims within our master insurance program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property claims and the ability to efficiently manage claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle renter’s insurance claims for apartment tenants
- Manage first-party property claims under a master insurance program
- Investigate, evaluate, and process claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Review coverage, determine liability, and ensure proper claim resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate claim documentation
- Required: Prior property claims handling experience
- Strong understanding of first-party property claims processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Texas Adjuster License not required
- Full-time, in-office position
