- Ensure compliance with WCIRB and NCCI rules and classifications
- Prepare detailed reports and address audit questions and disputes
- Mentor and coach team members, helping them develop professionally
- Recommend and implement improvements to audit procedures
- Represent the audit team in cross-functional and external conversations
- Has 5 years of premium audit experience, preferably in Workers’ Comp
- Is a strong communicator, professional and polished in client-facing roles
- Brings leadership or mentoring experience with a passion for helping others grow
- Thrives in high-performing teams and enjoys both structure and collaboration
- Understands WCIRB and NCCI rules and keeps current with audit regulations
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (APA/CPCU preferred)
