We are seeking a dedicated Claims Adjuster to manage complex public entity liability and property claims in accordance with California Government Code guidelines. This role is responsible for end-to-end claims handling, including investigation, coverage analysis, liability determination, reserve setting, negotiation, settlement, and litigation management support.
The Claims Adjuster will work closely with TPA clients to ensure high levels of service, communication, and collaboration while maintaining accurate documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory and carrier requirements. This position also involves coordinating with defense counsel, monitoring excess exposure, and providing clear claim status reporting to clients.
Ideal candidates will have strong public entity liability experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while meeting strict deadlines.
