What You'll Do

• Cultivate and strengthen strategic agency relationships.
• Drive profitable growth within an assigned territory.
• Underwrite and manage complex commercial accounts, including higher-hazard risks.
• Evaluate exposures, pricing, coverage, and risk characteristics to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of commercial lines products, coverages, and rating methodologies.
• Mentor and develop fellow underwriting professionals.
• Champion new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of commercial underwriting principles, coverages, and rating concepts.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make confident business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• CPCU, AU, or CIC designation preferred.
