Job Title: Claims Examiner

Location: Hollywood Hybrid - may have to do remote

Position Overview

We are working a TPA in Florida that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Examiner to join our risk management team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of auto-related insurance claims, from initial review to settlement negotiation. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims handling and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review rental agreements and calculate continued rental expenses
• Draft and submit subrogation demand letters
• Conduct timely follow-ups for settlement negotiations
• Maintain accurate daily logs of time and expenses related to all file activity
• Facilitate and negotiate settlements between clients and insurance carriers
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• At least 1 year of experience handling auto claims with an insurance company or fleet claims operation
• Familiarity with auto claims processes and procedures
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with auto damage estimating (a plus, not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Skilled in editing and managing PDF documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent documentation practices
• Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment
