Responsibilities Overview:

• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate clinical performance of BCBAs
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor for clinical compliance
• Ensure that treatment is evidence based and reflects most recent research findings
• Conduct assessments as needed
• Conduct monthly regional clinical meetings for the Quest Kids analysts
• Routinely review program goals and monitor integrity of supervision and parent training
• Review session notes for regulatory compliance
• Meet routinely with Practice Managers and Intake Coordinator to review caseloads, waitlists, and payor risks.
• Assist VP of Behavior Services with projects that enhance internal skill development and foster partnerships with external vendors
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required; preferred in Psychology, Social Work or Behavior Analysis.
• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience in both clinic and community settings preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading and/or mentoring other analysts required
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for both Medicaid and commercial insurance preferred.
