Receptionist/Administrative Assistant /Services Associate needed in Broward.

Primary responsibilities:
The Services Associate performs a variety of duties, including ensuring client satisfaction and assisting the General Manager with the daily management of the center. Your day would include:
· General receptionist duties including incoming calls and mail handling
· Be the go-to person for our clients when needed
· Assist the General Manager with prospective client sales tours
· Record daily, weekly and monthly billing activities
· Upsell services to our clients
· Provide office management including overseeing equipment and processes
· Assisting the Manager as needed

Requirements:
o Bilingual a must
o Minimum 4 years office experience
o High-school diploma or college degree
o A positive attitude and naturally happy person
o High energy and a quick learner
o Professional presence
o Must enjoy helping other and be able to work with many personalities
o Sales experience a plus!
