Job Summary
The Construction Billing admin will support the Construction Department including managers, project coordinators, estimators, construction leads, billing admin team and others as needed with a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized and independent individual to handle the day-to-day duties including billing and costing of cabling construction jobs. This admin position requires Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer knowledge and experience. This is an onsite position, located in Roseville Ca.

Responsibilities
- Update Monthly Report with projects’ data.
- Prepare and modify billing documents using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
- Collect all project details, such as material cost, labor cost, freight charges, subcontractor’s invoices, travel cost, etc, and compile job packages.
- Insure customer purchase order matches job quote.
- Evaluate product cost versus customer’s selling price to ensure profits.
- Compare product purchases to product quotes and itemize missing products.
- Update and maintain project spreadsheets with job related data.
- Update and maintain construction reports with billing data.
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure billing progresses to meet deadlines.
- Submit invoices and backup documents to customers.
- Accurate & timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly tasks as assigned.
- Two years of college or equivalent related work experience.
- Purchasing and/or accounting experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Office intermediate or higher experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter, able to work on own with minimum supervision.
- Enjoys a challenging yet rewarding environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
