Job Description: Are you an experienced framer with a keen eye for detail and a background in shoring construction? We are seeking a skilled Framer with Shoring experience to join our dynamic team. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling the framework of various structures while also utilizing your expertise in Shoring to ensure stability and safety during construction.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and building plans to understand project requirements.
- Measure, cut and shape wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools, power tools and equipment.
- Install shoring systems to provide support and stability during construction activities.
- Collaborate with other team members, including carpenters and contractors, to ensure project progress and quality.
- Inspect and assess completed structures for compliance with safety and quality standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Framer in the construction industry.
- Must have experience in Shoring systems and in implementing Shoring solutions.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision to work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Must live within 30-miles of Orange, CA
