A well established, mid sized Texas general contractor with a 30 year history and a strong reputation across the state is seeking a Project Manager to join its Dallas. This will be working for the ground up commercial division, which includes industrial, retail, grocery stores and healthcare.
Selected Project Portfolio
Commercial Projects are primarily based across the DFW area and include:
• Ground up industrial tilt-wall warehouses and distribution centers (100,000–500,000 SF)
• New build medical office buildings (MOBs), non-occupied space
• Typical project values of $5M–$20M, with select retail projects up to $30M
Ideal Candidate Profile
They are looking for a hands on Construction Project Manager with:
• Proven experience running ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Background in industrial, retail, grocery, healthcare, or K–12 construction
• Experience managing all trades, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Ground-up experience is essential
Compensation & Benefits Package
• Base salary range of $105,000–$160,000
