This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Tampa, FL. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and providing clerical support. This role requires assisting with executive administrative tasks, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial for success in this position.

• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficient in Communication and Diary Management
• Excellent Clerical Skills, including organizing and maintaining documents
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
