```Duties:```
- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters by accurately and efficiently transcribing medical information.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of medical records, including patient history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize workflow and enhance patient care.
- Manage electronic medical record systems and input data accurately.
```Requirements:```
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60-80 words per minute.
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, systems, physiology, and anatomy.
- Familiarity with medical records management and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently in real-time during patient encounters.
- Knowledge of general medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
