Quest International is expanding — and we’re looking for a driven Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to join our high-performance sales & marketing team in Irvine.

✔ Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects

✔ Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Executives

✔ Research and qualify leads using CRM digital tools

✔ Maintain accurate pipeline activity in Microsoft Dynamics

✔ Partner with Sales & Marketing for messaging and campaign alignment

✔ Represent Quest with professionalism, energy, and strong communication skills

Note: This role is 100% outbound cold calling — ideal for someone confident, persistent, and ready to drive conversations.

🔹 2 years in appointment setting, cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation

🔹 Strong communication and persuasive conversational skills

🔹 Comfortable meeting daily/weekly KPIs

🔹 CRM experience (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)

🔹 Highly coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented

🔹 High School Diploma or GED minimum (degree preferred)
