Role Description The Medical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, focused on promoting diabetes management solutions to healthcare providers and medical facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new accounts, presenting CGM, insulin pump, and remote monitoring offerings, and building long-term relationships with clinicians and office staff. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, educating providers and their teams on device benefits and workflows, and supporting them through the onboarding process. The Medical Sales Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and follow-up, while consistently meeting sales targets and territory growth objectives. Regular in-person visits, strategic outreach, and participation in relevant industry events are expected to expand market presence and drive adoption of Quest Health Solutions’ products and services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Medical Sales experience, ideally with diabetes-related products or medical devices.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging healthcare providers, office staff, and patients professionally.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and clinical workflows to discuss products credibly with medical professionals.
- Experience or familiarity with Hospital Sales and selling into clinics, health systems, or specialist practices.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a territory effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and digital tools used in sales and remote monitoring solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management) or equivalent professional experience.
