What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our location owners, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and confident in our services. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships within your assigned region.
- Visiting locations frequently (goal: at least 250 visits per quarter) to provide in-person support and check-ins.
- Conducting compliance checks to make sure machines meet all signage and decal requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns—from EFT questions to service or game complaints—by coordinating with the right internal teams.
- Staying current on products, technology, and popular games to provide training and guidance to customers.
- Advising partners on Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) and county COAM compliance.
- Advocating for customer needs while ensuring they receive the best possible service.
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to manage a regional travel schedule (within Georgia).
- Multilingual skills (English Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, etc.) are a strong plus.
- CRM and basic Excel experience needed.

· Central/South Georgia Region: Henry, Bibb, Laurens Counties
· Southwest Georgia: Telfair to Clay to Lowndes Counties
· Southeast Georgia: Chatham to Montgomery to Echols Counties
