Quest Group Executive Search is on the hunt for an outgoing professional to join our highly stable and respectable client as a TRAVEL CONSULTANT!

Role Type:
- Temp to Perm
- *FULLY REMOTE - After training!
- Environment- In Bound Call Center- Must have reliable Internet for remote work
Schedules Available:
- Second Shift (start times between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM)
- Sun - Thurs (4 openings)
- Mon - Fri (1 opening)
- Third Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Sun - Thurs (2 openings)
- Tues - Sat (3 openings)
Pay Facts Regarding Shifts:
- Second shift pays a 15% premium for hours after 5:00 PM and weekend days.
- Third shift pays a 25% premium (once they start working third shift hours).
About the Role:
- Booking Corporate Travel for contracted clients
- High Call Volume
- Multitasking emails calls etc
Training:
- All training takes place IN OFFICE. The training schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At the end of training, the associate will transition to the shift for which they were hired.
- Second shift training lasts 14 weeks.
- Third shift training lasts up to 6 months
Attendance during training is MANDATORY. Time off will not be approved
