What You Will Do
- Support the execution of new product development projects. Responsibilities include:
- Developing new design, 3D models of prototype components, assemblies, and test fixtures using SolidWorks
- Performing engineering design calculations and testing experince
- Authoring and executing product validation test procedures
- Documenting results through formal test reports
- Creating design calculators to support engineering analysis
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with all design engineering calculation (preferred but not required)
- Background in electro-mechanical systems (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with product development testing (preferred)
- Ability to work semi-autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, and 5-8 years of related experience.
- Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn.
- Proficient in self-management within a team environment
- Time Management: The ability to allocate time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Task Organization: Being able to plan and organize individual tasks and responsibilities in a way that aligns with the team's objectives.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the team environment, adjusting individual efforts to contribute positively to the team's progress.
- Communication: Effectively communicating progress, challenges, and contributions to the team, ensuring transparency and collobration

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
