What You Will Do
- Manage inventory transactions through total completion
- Ensure that orders are picked and shipped promptly to meet customer requirements
- Work with Quality on Non-Conforming Material requests
- Detect and correct inventory and shipping errors
- Identifying orders that cannot be processed and developing solutions to enable their processing. Track of expired materials (shelf-life items) via spread sheet or other system
- Work slow move no move inventory actions and support engineering charge offs
- Supporting both the military and commercial shipping lines
- Associates degree with 1-2 years’ experience preferred
- HS degree with 3-6 years’ experience
- Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Work Requirements
This role is considered 100% on-site position in Rockford, ILL
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
